HEIRLOOM PENS

What is an heirloom pen?  An heirloom pen is a pen that is made from wood that you provide to me that holds a special meaning for you. The wood you provide can come from many different sources. Perhaps the wood was from a desk that your grandfather used, from a crib that you slept in as a child, from a house you grew up in, or anything that has a special meaning or holds a special memory.

The only requirement is that the wood be at least 3/4" x 3/4" x 6" long per pen. It is always a good idea to send a little extra. Although every effort is made to treat your property with the greatest respect, when turning, bad things can happen due to unseen cracks or wood abnormalities. Any unused wood will be returned to you, if you so desire. Pens can be made in any style in combination with any trim that is available. Boxes available upon request
Just email me at dpozgar@gmail.com and we can decide what best suits your needs. Below I have included a few photos of a request I had from a recent customer.

Cost? No more than what I charge for any of the pens that I have listed for sale in my store.
Time? Four weeks on a normal sized order 1 to 20 pens.
